The attack occurred earlier this week in Yellowstone Park near Old Faithful geyser. The nine year old girl from Florida was launched into orbit like a rag doll by the 2000 pound beast and hit the ground in a heap as a group of adults ran from the scene. The girl was treated and released unharmed. The bison was unavailable for comment.
